  • On weekends, families also use the parking lot at the end so the action has shifted to the 1st parking lot as you left into the beach area. Not much happening in the dunes.

  • Quite busy even on a winter day @ 3pm. Be careful of the helicopters spotting you though. The homeless are in the bush as well.

  • im still confused where, i know its the virginia airport turn off, then is it the first left, so you actually pass the heli pad?

  • This has become quite popular since there has been all that work along the promenade in preparation for 2010. Very popular with the boys in the early evening as the boys make their way home from work. People stop by to have a look and see whose keen!
