Once you have started a conversation, go straight to the point. They will ask for a price, regular cost ranges from P300-P500. Also, during this negotiation, tell them what you want them to do. If they agree, then it's a done deal. Don't worry, cops are very friendly...they might even offer you some of their products! Believe me...it happened to me 3 times already...
