    Best times: Noon any day, especially on a rainy Saturday or after 5 on weekdays.
  • Cruising Info/ Tips:Watch for eye contact and who wanders down that way.
    Cruisiest Spots: Upstairs bathroom on far west end of building, has a that seems to have been designed for cruising. Bathroom in basement but riskier.
