Very peaceful area. I have had many a nice, naked times with young guys late at night. Some older guys hang around, too. Never seen cops hanging around.
Crowd: All sorts...some p-platers, some older.

Just follow William St. to bluff, then turn right until you see the two car parks just before the Elimatta Hotel...walk along the bike/running trek till you get to the toilet block on the shore of the river.
