You do have to be a memeber to use this gym but it is only 30pounds per month and well worth it! Sauna used by men only usually all go in naked and have seen some action regulary in here. The fitness rooms are dark aswell loads of room to hide and have some fun.

- Hours:Best times are mornings between 7 and 10 am or evenings after 5 when buisness men go.
- Cruising Info/ Tips:Best place to cruise is in the saunas as loads of action going off in there but otherwise just hang back in the showers to show interest.
- Nudity / Policy:Always nude in the male saunas and communal locker rooms.
- Wheelchair Accessible:No / easy access
- Warnings:The straight workout buddies!!!! but i think you can tell who is interested and who's not!
