Great cruisy cottage, small (only one ) but open 24/7 and has never failed for me, even at 3 in the morning. All ages and types visit - and refreshingly free of rent boys. Closes for maintenence sometimes, if closed the action moves across the road in the cemetary toilets (200yds up on the right after entering the main gates)

From city centre a52 roundabout follow signs for Chadd and the cottage is about 800 yds up the hill opposite the cemetery and also the fire station on the other side

Best times: lunchtimes and teatimes, then from 7pm onwards - Cruising Info/ Tips:Wait in the cubicle - there are holes in the tiles to allow you to see the people standing at the urinals.

- Warnings:attendent always arrives and cleans between 12.30 and 12.45 - stays for approx 15 minutes and will report you if he thinks your acting suspiciously. Best to park up further down the road and wait until his van has gone.
