The stalls are off to the side, rather hidden from most anyone that would go in there.

Neighbourhood: Downtown

Third floor, at the end of the staircase. There's a ballroom, and in the corner some bathrooms.

Cruising Info/ Tips:tap the foot twice and wait for a response!
Cruisiest Spots: There's two bathrooms on the third floor that are really great for cruising. I know of a few people who've had fun in the area, and shocked it's not already on here. The easiest bathroom to find is at the top of the middle staircase, I think it's frequented the most by those who wanna play.
