The transit center opens at 5 a.m. The bathroom action takes place at different times between 5 a.m.and 4p.m.older guys stop in early and then other during the day time mostly around 7 to 9 am and 2 to 4 pm.

Take any transit bus to the transit center.The building is between the public library and the civic center.
