Upstairs restrooms at the library is probably the best location. Second to that, the one on the first floor of the Heath Careers building is usually pretty empty (not too many guys in health careers). ;-)

Best times: Lunch time and around evening classes. - Cruising Info/ Tips:Just use the usual tricks: foot tapping, coughing, hanging out near the bathrooms.
Cruisiest Spots: There are a lot of bathrooms that are pretty quiet and can accomodate some fun. Especially: upstairs restrooms in the Library (no one uses them), restrooms off the Theatre in the Fine Arts building and the first floor restrooms in the Health Careers Education Center. - Wheelchair Accessible:No
