It's a bathroom out of the 70's. And most of the time it's an empty building. Weilding takes place there mostly at night. Otherwise it's art students. So you're bound to find some action. 1 , no hole. But you can hear someone coming in as there are two doors to get in. This summer before class and on the weekend, it should be prime oppurtunty.
