When you turn west onto Selva Rd. From PCH you will see Dana Strands Rd. on your right and if you continue the entrance to the parking lot is about 1/5 mile further. on the north side of the parking lot there are showers, a bathroom, and the steps that lead to the water. The South side of the parking lot is very quiet and mostly construction equipment is parked there...

Neighbourhood: Monarch Beach

It is one block south of the Ritz on the ocean side of PCH. there is a parking lot on the right but if you are parked there after midnight you will be ticketed! So park on the street and you'll be fine.
  • Hours:The parking lot is open from 6am to midnight 7 days a week. Most people are cruising late at night between 12 and 4 am... at this hour there aren't any other people around so makes connecting much easier.
  • Cruising Info/ Tips:guys are just walking around... sitting on the grass... leaning on their car smoking a cigarettes... their are a few private areas like the bathrooms and even behind the bathrooms...
  • Nudity / Policy:Nudity is not allowed.
  • Wheelchair Accessible:No / The bathrooms are handicap accessible but the beach is not because of the steps leading down to it.
  • Warnings:Do not "play" by the pink office building garage across from the bathrooms! There is a night vision camera and you will be taped!

  • RR between Strands & Salt Creek Beaches=where picnic tables are=deserted very early mornin=it's directly below Ritz Carlton up above=see ya there between 6a-7a???
