Best times: there always seem to be something going on. evenings are great. nooners are cool. early mornigs kinda slow but if you want what you want more than likely your going to get what you want. - Cruising Info/ Tips:just walk until you find what you want. the place has long hallways, a few tucked away rooms with door instead twist locks( so you can close the door but let someone walk in as opposed to letting the door stay ajar
