1. Head north on I-95 N. 2. Take exit 158 to merge onto Virginia 3000 W/​Prince William Pkwy toward Manassas. 3. Turn right onto Smoketown Rd. 4. Turn left onto Griffith Ave. 5. Continue straight onto Cotton Mill Dr. Go the the end of Cotton Mill Dr and you can see the sign for Lake Ridge Park and marina.
