Hours:Anytime between 10pm and 8am. Best hours are early mornings between 4am and 8am. The restrooms are locked at night, but are unlocked by 6:30am usually. Otherwise, the park is dark and empty during the evenings, and there are many dark areas of the park to go to at night.
Cruising Info/ Tips:Thr crusiest spot is the restrooms. I've seen guys park their cars in the lot and sit in their cars until they see someone walk into the restroom, and then they will follow to see whats up. I got anonymously one morning when a dude walked in.

Warnings:During daytime (between 10am and 9pm) there are families in the park with kids, or alot of people playing basketball in the evening and the basketball court is lit up. At night, police patrol the parking lots, but not the park itself, so park on the side streets (not the parking lot).
