Take I-95 South to US1 (a.k.a Dixie Highway). Turn right at the intersection of US1 onto Red Road (57th Avenue).
On Red Road turn right onto Miller Drive (56th Street). Turn left when Miller ends at San Amaro Drive. Turn right at the second entrance (a circular brick driveway); there is a guard-gate at the entrance to Memorial Drive. Richter Library is the second building on the right. Two-hour metered parking is available in front of the Library.

Tried this place out, but no action. Seems more hit-or-miss than the breeze way spot just outside.

You need a student ID, which is great for undergrads not wanting old trolls in on the action, but for young visitors, it sucks.
