Lazelle Woods Park

This park is located in the Northeast area of Columbus, off of Lazelle Rd and Sancus Blvd... It is 39.15 Acres in size. This park was constructed in 2001, Lazelle Woods Park is a rather large area and larger than you'd might expect. There is also a recreation center building in from the Sancus Blvd. side, with large parking areas. There are paths into the woods where you could have some fun!! It is better to come around here in the late morning hours to thru the early afternoon hours. There is a walking path that goes around the perimeter of one side of the park (Opposite of the recreation building), and there are plenty of woods in the back of the park. This park is off the road where you can't see from the main road because of new condos in area in front of it on Lazelle Rd. There are sometimes some really good here. But...wouldn't recommend going around here after 4pm until 9pm or later, since there are community sports programs/activities going on here in early evening hours and sometimes on the weekends in the daytime. Cruising for a cruise-Fan here is highly recommended only during the time mentioned above on Monday Thru Fridays. This place can and will attract men. This area has been previously scouted out for more than a month and a half, Police do not come around that often, and if they do, they don't stay long. After scouting this are out, this place is proven to be safe for cruising and hopefully more people will hear about this place, some of us that know about this place would love to have some more join us more often.

Rt 71N to north of Rt270. Go to Polaris Pkwy and turn left off of exit. Follow Polaris west in Left Lane to Sancus Blvd and turn left. Then proceed to the third light and turn left onto Lazelle Rd. As you go past the small strip mall on your right and then a Large Garden store, Turn right into the Park Entrance, Lazelle Woods sign is at the entrance.

- Hours:Mon-Fri 10am-4pm and after 9pm Mon-Sat.
- Cruising Info/ Tips:The best thing to do is to park in the parking lot and walk the path and go to back of the park to woods and around the Athletic Center area...you may get lucky if you're parked in the parking lot...but better luck if you're walking the path around the park.
- Nudity / Policy:No Nudity here...Public Park. However, sometimes exhibitionism seen in the woods area.
- Wheelchair Accessible:No / This area is accessible for Handicapped.
- Warnings:There are "Family" like activities here sometimes, best to play low key as you would most any other public place. Just play it cool and keep yourself low key until you know you've got some good bait!!
