From 401 (either direction) exit at Grafton, go south to hwy#2 and turn left. Follow for about 2 km to Wicklow Beach Rd. (signs). Turn right, follow to water and left around the curve for about 1.5 km. Boat launch and parking area on your right.
Cross street: N/A
  • Crowd:Mostly middle aged but younger on occasion.
  • Hours:Always open..24/7
    Best times: Between 11:00 am and 2:00 pm daily although later if weather is good.
    Dates open: All year. But only occasionally plowed in winter.
  • Cruising Info/ Tips:Park at East end, facing the water and wait. It will be pretty obvious once someone else shows up. If it is nice, get out of your car and cruise around the small area in front of the water on the south east side..right in front of where you park.
    Cruisiest Spots: East end of parking lot and walking trail which is also on east side.
  • Nudity / Policy:I suppose if you want to be naked in the woods than go for it..!
  • Wheelchair Accessible:No
  • Warnings:None really. Occasional OPP do a turn around but they never stop.
    Warnings: Just be concious that some people may walk pets and although it really isn't a busy area, some people will launch a boat at the West end. Just be discreet.

  • This place always seemed like a good spot, but is always hit or miss..usually miss.
    Any police presence this year yet?
    Might try stopping by after work...5 pm-ish, and check it out.
