the public restrooms are between the management offices and a store called "LOVE CULTURE".

the mall is on hall rd just east of garfield -- you can also enter from garfield by using DOVE ST.
on the east side of garfield just before you reach hall rd (before english gardens)
  • Hours:the evening hours really slow down here(it's an outdoor mall) usually guys hanging around the mens room or inside looking for action.
  • Cruising Info/ Tips:just cruise around the men's room...believe me someone will show up...a sales guy from parision came in and gave me FANTASTIC head
  • Nudity / Policy:I shared a with a guy here last week and got a great blow job - it was in the evening and the place was almost deserted.
