The park is located in northern Dickenson County, where Dickenson/Buchanan County, Va., and Pike County, Ky., converge. From Haysi in northern Dickenson County, take VA 80 8 miles north to the park entrance, on the left. The park is located 7 miles east of Elkhorn City, KY and 8 miles north of Haysi, VA on KY-VA 80
