There are paths over the hill to the water that are visited by men taking a driving break. Some men wait in parking area for visiting men. The restrooms have one stall one urinal and a sink. You cannot see if anyone's coming one door opens directly to restroom.

When standing in men's room, windows give view of parking lot and someone coming. Cruisiest Spot: Two stalls and 2 urinals with no doors. Men sit in stall and show all.
