UPDATE: The Winter Gardens opposite these cottages have now been demolished but they are just before the Leisure Centre when coming from the direction of the pier.
Drive south from the pier area along the Kingsway (seafront) and these are red brick toilets on the left with some seaside stalls and gardens directly opposite the Winter Gardens Entertainment Centre just before the leisure centre.
