Fairy Lane Woods

Take the Sale exit of the M60 (Jct 6) once at the roundabout take Old Hall Road (leads away from Sale Water Park) turn left onto Wythenshawe Road (just before the "Mars" cornershop). When you approach the right hand bend in the road turn left onto Fairy Lane. Go over the motorway and then turn right at the mini roundabout.... follow fairy lane as far as possible down the track / road until you see the power station on your left. The woodland is opposite you.
