The gym is in the Brewery complex on the north side of the town, best parking is the NCP near Matalan.

- Hours:usually open from 6.00 am to 9.00 pm. Best action is late afternoon, evenings.
- Cruising Info/ Tips:Best spots are around the showers and in the steam room. But be careful as there are a lot of straight guys around so you have to be discrete.
- Nudity / Policy:No nudity officially allowed but discretion in the steam room may be possible.
- Wheelchair Accessible:No / The area is available for handicapped as there are lifts.
- Warnings:Be discrete as there are a lot of straight guys around, but they do offer some hot eye candy. Gay guys who go there need to have some sort of code to identify us and maybe an agreed evening when we could all go "a gay guy evening"! Any suggestions???
