Other locals sometimes bathe in the river but the park (while not the size of Hampstead Heath) is great for a little walk if you have a second motive!

Head down from the traffic circle where the police station is located along Bergriver Boulevard. The Berg River is on your left. Park on the side of the road where there is a pedestrian footbridge which crosses the river. Cross the river by foot (unless on bicycle) and once across head left along the path. A set of restrooms is located about three minutes from the bridge.

Cruisiest Spots: There are lots of trees and shady spots especially the section beyond the toilets towards the narrow path that runs under a railway bridge.
