This place is up and coming! It is very close to the small zoo parking lots. I usually go first thing in the morning and have had the pleasure of having two different guys feed me their now!
There is a full gym, tanning, juice bar, and the staff are very helpful and friendly.
Neighbourhood: Mayland Hgts
if you are heading east bound on 8th Ave NE, you cross Deerfoot trail, and it is on your right hand side just as you start to go up the hill into Mayland and towards 19th Street NE. The bus-route #119/19 runs right outside of the place.
- Hours:Monday to Friday 6am to 9pm, Saturday and Sunday 9am to 5pm.
- Cruising Info/ Tips:Just make lots of eye contact, there is a dry sauna upstairs in the locker room, two stalls in the locker room bathroom, also an open shower area. This place can be really busy, so discretion is a must, as str8's go too! But you can have a conversation with a guy and make some plans, the zoo is just across the bridge from here and you could meet up there.
- Nudity / Policy:Nudity only in the locker room, and use your discretion!!!
- Wheelchair Accessible:No / No, this place is not accessible to people limited by disabilities, to get to the entrance you have to climb stairs, and the locker rooms are upstairs, there is no access ramps that I know of.
- Warnings:Just use your common sense!!! Don't be thinking that everything in the gym is trying to hook up with you, sometimes people do go here to work out. Shocking I know!!!
