  • Hours:Very quiet in the mornings - 9:00 untll 12:00 noon.
  • Cruising Info/ Tips:You can go in the Steam room Naked. No need for a swim suit or towel. It is a Men's only.
    Cruisiest Spots: The open showere area and the Men's ONLY Steam Room. This Gym has a great Men's ONLY Steam Room off of the shower area. It is a big steam room and very dark. Not a lot of light in the steam room. It's great! Very dark and very private.
