drive bowness road till you see safeway at the right side,
at the traffic light,turn left and drive the street up till you are near 21ave nw. turn left and then you reach the parking lot "bowmont environment park"
pass the entrance and go down the hill ,till you reach a rest area (a litter basket is there too).
there starts a path nearby bowriver with a lot of hedges and bushes
