Yes, everything is still co-ed except the change rooms. It's very hit and miss. I've had some showers with some incredibly hot guys,18 and up.but I hav'nt made any connections yet. I've just been enjoying all the lovely scenery Even when it's busy, it's never packed.Sometimes it's dead. I hav'nt figured out the best times to go yet. Even if there's nothing to look at, it's still nice to go for a work-out or just a steam, jacuzi, sauna and a swim.

I used to work out here years ago. Is it still all co-ed in the steam and sauna? Worth a visit now?

I've just joined. Sunday afternoon in pool was a few hotties, Moonday afternoon was no scenery. I've got my traing session in the gym Tues @ 5:00, and then I'll be enjoying the gym & the pool. If you can recognize me from the photo, say hello if you want. The younger you are, the less shy I seem to be. But I'm a friendly guy, you'll probably recognize me because I always smiling. If somebody wants to email me so we could meet at the gym or pool at a certain time, then by all means feel free. CHEERS
