- -The first and second floor are the best for cruising. -The first floor washroom is near the entry but the hallway is monitored by security cameras so be discreet -The second floor washroom is also out in the open so also be discreet -To initiate either make eye contact in the library and walk to the washroom, or in the washroom gently tap foot, drop toilet paper or make a coughing noise -Great place to have anon understall action warnings: Be aware that all ages come to library but mostly people looking for action in washrooms There are a lot of older people
