Behind the new Kohls store

I have seen cars parked behind the new mall area in the corner by the kohls store and people giving blowjobs in cars nice quiet spot to park and have some fun specialy after dark.
Neighbourhood: Parkway and 95 new mall area
It is off hiway 95 and the parkway just drive around back and park in the corner.
- Hours:After dark is a better time but i have seen guys out there during the day.
- Cruising Info/ Tips:Just park and see if anyone wants to join I marked there and had someone give me a great .
- Nudity / Policy:Hey you can be as nude as you want in your car just be ready to act normal if someone drives by.
- Wheelchair Accessible:No / I guess so.
- Warnings:The target store does have a security guard but he doesn't go by the west side of the building.
