happening here, and the cops may try
entrapment, so be cautious, and sometimes the cops are on
bicycles.

(You have to be logged in) Add CommentIn the park below the dam, where do most cruisers park--in the loop or in the small park on the left that you come to first next to the hiking trails? On the few occasions I have been there all I ever see are families and fishermen. When is the best time to go to that park?

When there a while ago. Some activity - seemed pretty safe. Across the street in the park below the dam, there seemed to be more activity, especially along the sides of the river.

Seems like a mature bunch hanging out there more than anything. Rangers checking restrooms today;
Any reason to go there?

Had my first experience here this summer 2002. saw a cop, but he didn't bother anyone. was a rainy day, and still had 3 cruisers come into the bathroom within 10 minutes.
