Walk along the promenade (Sea Front) from the train station (Zeebrugges Strand)for about 500 mts then take dirt track then sand track along the top of the dunes, alot going on in the dunes during summer. Walk along a bit further to wooden platform with steps down to beach. DONT go down steps, climb over fence lots more going on.
