Northern end of the original Bronx Park: the part that was not incorporated into the Botanical Garden. Close to busy streets and ball park, but still isolated by the Bronx River and Bronx Parkway.

D train to last stop 205th St. Walk east to Webster Avenue and enter the park. Or #2 train to Allerton, walk west to the park. Or MetroNorth to Williamsbridge or Botanical Garden stations.

  • Hours:Any day, lunchtime, afternoons, evenings.
  • Cruising Info/ Tips:Hard to find a place where the bushes haven't been cut down by the park authorities. Hang around the path and wait to be approached. If your partner will flip for the entrance fee to the Botanical Garden, some good hiding places there.
    Cruisiest Spots: Path between closed-off entrance to Botanical Garden (Mosholu) and bridge over Bronx River. Look for secluded spots in bushes.
  • Nudity / Policy:You can't get nude here, but find some bushes adjacent to the Bronx Parkway and you can take down your pants for some quick action.
  • Wheelchair Accessible:No
  • Warnings:Park authorities cutting down the bushes and weeds. Plainclothes cops looking to make a bust. Hustlers looking for money (they tell you afterwards, not beforehand!). Teenage kids looking to adult !
    Warnings: Watch out for plainclothes cops, hustlers. Ask for proof of age. Ask beforehand if it's for fun or for money! Lots of underage kids.

  • Rumor has it, more police patroling of cruise area. Park now "closed" after dusk. Proceed with caution. Avoid action with potentially underage partners; after recent incident, police on high alert about this.

  • I live a few minutes from here on the Mosholu side. Would love to hook up with straight acting, real masculine guys. Latinos, shaved heads always a plus. Lots of great spots to hook up in the park.
