Park in the carpark underneath shopping centre. There are stairs going up level to shops. on the RHS there are toilets, with one cubicle . There are double doors, so you can hear others coming. Toilets are usually very quiet and not patrolled. U could even use the disabled ones as there is plenty of room and lockable. Great location to meet others.
