Braunton Burrows

Summertime only. Take the road from Braunton to Croyd and follow the signs to 'The Burrows' park in the Sandy Lane car park. Then follow the well-beaten path to the beach. Go past the large dune with the flagpole on the top and keep going in a straight line. When you get to the beach, instead of going on to it, turn left. Walk along the path at the top of the dunes for 300-400 yards and then turn back into the burrows. Lots of nude cruising with all ages of guys popping up out of the long grass. There are wardens, but the area is so large that they are not much of a threat. If you pick your spot correctly you will have plenty of warning.
