Once on the A338 continue until you get to St Pauls Roundabout and turn right (2nd exit)
Turn left at the next roundabout onto Holdenhurst Road
Take the next first left into Bournemouth Travel Interchange
Park in the lower level car park of ASDA superstore
FitSpace is situated underneath ASDA and opposite the west bound side of Bournemouth Train Station.

• Hours:Very busy most of the day and especially in the evening after 5pm (same as all gyms).

  Fri: 6:30 AM - 8:00 PM
  Sat-Sun: 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM
  Bank Holidays: 9:30 AM - 5.30 PM
• Cruising Info/ Tips:'Open' changing room and shower room, there is also a steam room where guys sit naked off the shower area.
• Nudity / Policy:Most guys walk around nude in the changing room walking to the shower area.
• Wheelchair Accessible:No / Yes, most things are on the same level.
• Warnings:There are a lot of straight guys around and people going here looking to see what they can get need to be cautious and not be stupidly obvious about anything.
