From Bournemouth town centre: take the A338 to the Cooper Dean Roundabout - turn left. Pass Castlepoint on your right and you'll come to the Broadway pub. Turn right at the miniroundabout and then the third left onto Shillingstone Drive the park is about 100yds on the right.

- Hours:Open 24 hours but gets 'cruisy' after dark on a Friday and Saturday night when bars have closed.

Cruisiest Spots: If you walk to the back of the park you'll come to a river and a small alley which leads to Throop Post Office. Keep in that area.

Warnings: Police do wander around the park at regular intervals as well as dog walkers. There is also a family play area open during the day so be very, very careful.
