This is a network of rough sandy tracks in an area of native trees on the edge of an escarpment with great views. There is a single picnic shelter, a bubbler and a dead "Explorers' tree" (with carvings left by an early visitor) under a tin shed.
A good rendezvous and camping area.
previous comment: This spot is good for those pre arranged rendevous or if you've picked up at Sutton Park Blackheath and need a discreet spot for a session. Drive past the picnic hut down towards the weather station.. Have had the odd not expected pick up here - so guys know about it.
