From M6 take M55 and follow signs for North Shore (Junction 4 M55), taking the third exit off the roundabout.As you turn off the roundabout you will see a windmill to your left. At fifth set of traffic lights take right turn (CSL Furniture building on the junction directly in front of you) into whitegates Drive. Follow the road straight through (changes to Devonshire road). At first mini roundabout carry straight on (slight kink to the left)under the bridge and on to the next roundabout where you turn left (Warbrek Hill Rd). Follow road down to the sea front and at the roundabout at the end (Gynn Square) take right onto the seafront (Queens Promenade). Northumberland AVe is Fifth turning on the right (Elgin Hotel and Boston Hotel on the corner of the street). The hotel is 100 yards on the right - look for the flagpole. The car par is accessed by the alleyway at the side of the hotel (half way down alley turn right then right again into car park).

• Cruising Info/ Tips:On gay weekends leave bedroom door ajar and if you like the person who is looking in, indicate your interest and let it develop from there. Please feel free to cruise the corridors but if doors are closed please respect peoples privacy.
• Nudity / Policy:We will ensure that the ground floor is screened from the gaze of passersby so that those who wish to be nude/or in underwear can do so. We would ask people to cover up in the dining room at breakfast time. is permitted in public areas provided it will not be seen by passers-by from outside and also never in the dining room.
