Hours:Toilet block usually open 24-7 unless vandells have been about,or sombody making it obvious what there doin there,then it can close as early as 5pm (take 20p for access).
Best times: When it gets dark. But I've had some good times in the daytime as well.
Cruising Info/ Tips:Walk to back of the toilet block and if a guy interested he will follow. The usual flashing of interior and exterior lights.
Cruisiest Spots: Around the toilet block and all over the carpark.
