Best times: Anytime from 9-7, but it is quite busy round about 12-2:30 but I've not had problems with that, sometimes you get quite a few guys join in before working out. - Cruising Info/ Tips:Go in to the toilet and leave the door open and just do what a man's got to do, or get into the showers and stand next to the other guy.
Cruisiest Spots: At the wash basins (good view from the mirror) or toilet cubicle. - Wheelchair Accessible:No
- Warnings:Staff are supposedely patrolling the area, but not as far as I know, been up to loads of fun in here almost every other day!
Warnings: Don't Whack off in the middle of the showers anyone coming into the changing rooms has got a clear view (even if it is nice!), do it at either end of te showers.
