Great gym that is never crazy busy even at peak hours. It has plenty of individual showers, a sauna (co-ed), steam room (co-ed), heated indoor & outdoor pools, cold plunge pool, and hot tub. Also has an eating area where you can have a beer.

1) Off I-10, Exit 44 - Cedar Lake Road, head South. 2) Through the light on Popps Ferry, make a right at the three way stop on Richard. 3) eFit is on the Left
- Nudity allowed in the locker room. Shower in one of the last two shower s. Peek into the next and see if they are giving a show. Walk around naked in the locker room and see who checks you out. Grab a locker near someone who is changing and see if they talk. Steam room is a good place to find interest, but it is co-ed so no full nudity there - casually grab your and see if they notice. Don't forget this is not a bathhouse... be respectful of those there just to have a good workout.
