New Ravenswood Rest Area

If traveling south toward Melbourne from Bendigo it is on your right on the north bound side of the Highway about 15-20km out of Kangaroo Flat and you need to cross over to the north bound side. If traveling north from Melbourne to Bendigo, it is about 5km after the detour from the old Calder Highway after Harcourt onto the new Highway. There is a big sign up saying Ravenswood Rest Area on your left and it's up on a hill.

• Hours:Anytime I guess. I have had luck there in the evenings when passing through. It is well lit up at night as well.
• Cruising Info/ Tips:Just go in and wait in a cubicle or stand at . There is a peep hole between the two cubicles and the doors are not high so you can peep over to see if anyone is playing at the or hand basins. You get plenty of warning if someone is coming in.
• Nudity / Policy:Public toilets so be discrete.
• Wheelchair Accessible:No / Yes
• Warnings:Just be aware that police do work along this stretch of highway frequently catching speeding motorists but are busy doing just that so not likely to cause too many problems for cruisers. The toilets are off the highway a little way anyway.
