This is one of the best hotels in BKK with the best gym in the city. It attracts many gay customers and is a great cruising spot. The male gym membership itself is at least 80% gay with many gay visitors.

It has one of the nicest swimming pools in the city: 25m of saline water (not chlorine). With a wooden deck surround that sets off the many single guys lying on it very well! If you fancy a quicky and neither of you has a room in the hotel, head for the toilets at the far end on the right. The at the back of the loos is a shower room that acts as a convenient cabinet.

You can also play "footsie" in the jacuzzi if you dare.


The steam room and sauna attached to the gym are rife! Wide open gym, good for parading up and down and never busy so you will easily know if your target is interested. Thai guys are very friendly!

If you are not a hotel guest or a member, pay 500 THB per day as a visitor.

Take sky train to National Stadium, walk through MBK shopping centre to the very back and it is the hotel attached. Enter via ground or first floor (UK); first or second floor (everyone else). Gym/Pool is on the 8th floor.

  • Hours:From around 10am to around 8pm. Daytime crowd are young and available, evening crowd are workers, afternoons, largely students and hotel guests.
  • Cruising Info/ Tips:Cruisiest spots are water cooler, steam room/sauna and poolside
  • Nudity / Policy:Shower lockers state: Only one person per cubicle or membership will be revoked. Take this seriously. This is not an official gay sauna even if it may seem like it sometimes.
  • Wheelchair Accessible:No / yes: full handicapped access
  • Warnings:Do not flaunt it in front of the cleaners: they will report you. They often check under the doors of the cubicles, so be careful. Stay alert and take cues from the locals, but a few risks won't hurt you! If you have a room, use it. If you don't, get what you can in the steam rooms.
