Very old ballys - not the best gym. But one of the only ones with a men only sauna/steam room.
Crowd: Mixed crowd some older/some young guns too.

  • Hours:6am to 10pm -Mon-Fri Sat& Sun 8-7pm
    Best times: Not sure --seems to be mid afternoon to eves. Never been there in the mornings.
  • Cruising Info/ Tips:Usual stuff- grab crotch or give the look.
    Cruisiest Spots: Sauna & Steam room which are not coed like most ballys.
  • Wheelchair Accessible:No
  • Warnings:Not the cleanest and very old gym -not equipped as well as other ballys.
    Warnings: Staff does check in on occasion. Not many cute guys as of yet- mostly older but some young ones at times.

  • The listing has the basic location way wrong. This gym is in Kendall, not Aventura. The Aventura Ballys is called "Waterways", this one is called "Kendall I". It would be nice if people could post accurate information every once in a while.
