Autrain Beach Scenic Overlook
This beach area in Autrain is a beautiful area along Lake Superior. It overlooks the mouth of the Autrain river, and has voleyball nets during the summer. Lots of sandy beach to walk for miles. It is a cruisy spot, lot of guys will leave notes in the outhouse, for meeting up, or just cruise along the sandy beach. There is also a turn off about one mile in either direction of this location along Lake Superior that is just as cruisy.
Neighbourhood: Munising Area
Autrain is between Marquette, and Munising. It's the only intersection between the two towns along M-28 that has a flashing yellow light above the highway, the scenic turn off is right to your left of the blinking light, if heading towards Munising from Marquette, and to the right if heading to Marquette from Munising.
- Hours:The best action times are usually early evening, around 5-9, sometimes later at night as well between 12-2.
- Cruising Info/ Tips:Usually men will hook up in the outhouses, or sometimes just off the beaten path along the beach. There are a lot of sand dune areas along this paticular beach.
- Nudity / Policy:Nudity is not allowed along this streatch of beach, usually happens off along the beach somewhere, or men will hook up and just take a walk along the beach away from the crowds, or take a ride in their cars to have their fun.
- Wheelchair Accessible:No / This scenic area is wheelchair accessible.
- Warnings:Police do make regular drive throughs along this roadside park, but if off along the beach somewhere having fun the only thing you should have to worry about is someone else strolling along the beach. I suggest if you hook up at this location, take a stroll along the beach, there aren't too many people that stray away from the main area along the river.
