If coming from Hwy 82, turn at Two Rivers Rd. Then Turn at Elk Run and follow the road all the way to the end, you will be in Arbaney Park. The bathroom is located next to the pool.
- Hours:Early Morning before 7 is a great time. After 9 pm is also a good time to go.
- Cruising Info/ Tips:I have seen all guys cruise here. Because it is a public bathroom, watch out for families or people who just want to use the facilities. It is best to go during the hours listed above to avoid interruptions.
