Point A Lake is located four miles northwest of Andalusia on County Rd. 59. Take US Hwy 84 East from I-65 to River Falls. Turn left on Hwy 55 for about 3 miles then turn right on County Road 82. Point-A Picnic areas are on the right just over the first bridge.

  • Hours:From 6:00am to 6:00pm
  • Cruising Info/ Tips:During the day is the best time. If you prefer to keep anonymous there are glory holes. But it's safe to do it in the open as well.
    Cruisiest Spots: There are 3 areas. The first one, just as you cross the bridge, was very cruisy. However, there was a plumbing problem and they closed the restroom. The second one is very active. Every time I stop there I always meet a lot of nice men. Some looking to get blown and others looking to blow. The third one is hard to find. It was never quite that busy. A lot of campers use that one.

  • Warnings:Sometimes the bathroom can be dirty.
    Warnings: At night hardly no one goes there and I have seen some Police stop by at night.

  • Not much going on here, but could be. This would be the best time of the year, since it's turned colder and not many people frequenting the area for fishing and camping.

  • Stoped by a few times last year but never got any action .I am am older guy so that could be why I had no action .Love to have a place around here so I do not have to drive to Birmingham

    they are rebuilding the rest area. looks as if it's almost done. same location and lots of privacy.

  • I was there Tuesday 2/27/07 The little restroom was about torn down. A city workers crew was tearing it apart. No longer there.
