cruiser update 8/5/2008: The old restroom that is listed is now gone and replaced with 8 separate restrooms and 6 showers, good place to for an arranged meeting. Done that a few times.best done spring, fall, and winter, summer is to busy.
previous comment: This is an older park restroom. Has two stalls with inbetween. Low wall bottoms and doors for privacy. Gravel walkway, so footsteps give plenty of warning. Also has shower for campers that provides fun. This place is a dying breed of nasty, restroom and needs more players. Just be cool, so it lasts.

Take 12th St towards San Juan Islands Ferry landing. Follow signs to left for park. Stay on main road entering park around to 'loop road' entrance. Restroom on right, parking on left.
