Wait in the cubicle with door slightly ajar, wait 'till someone comes in, or just wait outside on the grass and see who enters.
Sometimes get older people going in, and they're not too slow to call the cops.
In rare cases, a couple of people may come in and start harrasing you, usually they try and scare you off, don't fight back or anything, they can get violent, but don't let that put you off, it's still a good place to go.
